Our restaurant is open when our winery is open
18 Brix restaurant is the namesake for the level of sugar in the grapes picked for our champagne. We generally pick at 18-19 BRIX… so there you have it! Seated inside or out, our restaurant is open year round. Chef Alicia Alvarez will introduce you to her delicious creations that are Washington fresh with a French twist! Locally sourced, produced, and eaten… perfect!
